Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Who you are buying from

The Remora software is provided by Embedra ("Remora", "we"). Paid plans are sold through a Merchant of Record (MoR) partner — an online reseller that acts as the seller of record for your order, provides customer service for billing inquiries, and handles returns. The partner is named at checkout and on your receipt. Refunds are issued by the partner in accordance with its refund policy and buyer terms, which apply to your purchase alongside this policy.

2. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

As Merchant of Record, our payment partner handles refunds under its refund policy. Under that policy, transactions are non-refundable except where a statutory right applies. For one-off purchases and the first payment of a subscription, consumers in Türkiye, the EU/EEA and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or digital services that you have started to use once you have expressly consented to waive it. Remora is a digital service supplied immediately: the moment your payment succeeds, your account is upgraded and the paid features become available. By completing checkout — and by accepting the buyer terms presented there — you give that express consent and ask us to begin performance at once. Accordingly, once you have started using the paid features, the fee for the then-current period is non-refundable, and subsequent subscription renewals are likewise non-refundable, save where mandatory law provides otherwise or the Merchant of Record exercises its discretion.

3. You can cancel at any time

You may cancel a Pro subscription whenever you like — from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that the account reverts to the free tier. We do not lock you into a fixed term and there is no cancellation fee.

4. How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel from your Remora account page, or contact us at remora-billing@embedra.net. For any refund or billing question you can also contact the Merchant of Record directly via the receipt email it sends you; as seller of record, it decides refund requests under its refund policy. When you contact us, include the email used at purchase and the order or receipt number (it is in your purchase confirmation email). Once a refund is issued, access to the paid features ends.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended pending review.
